That'll teach me!
Today, I tried signing up to Twitter, which I tried out shortly a looong time ago (before it was widely adopted, and therefore useful). And what do I find? My handle (kjoller) is taken by a fake Mr. Kjøller and I cannot use my normal e-mail address to sign up.
That my handle is taken is my own fault. That is why you need to sign up quickly to new services. But I find it pretty ridiculous that Twitter doesn't allow a previously used e-mail address to sign up for a new account, even if it's over a year (perhaps even two) since the old account was closed
Bah, I say, and I'll stick to Identi.ca, even if I do feel a bit alone there :(
